We spent Xmas at a hotel near the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall and restaurants. the hotel had a beautiful pool with a bar where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and snacks.

We were disappointed by the slow response of the staff when we requested extra towels and blankets. The Wi-Fi was also not strong enough, and we struggled to connect our devices.

everything was sooo boring the room was dirty there are no lamps in room and lots of cockroches i will never visit it again.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was very close to the beach and had good restaurants nearby. The facilities were well-maintained and we especially loved the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered free shuttle services for transportation.

Room Service is terrible, they ask customer to spray perfume, the beds had hair from previous customers.

Nothing encourages me to stay in it again. Staying in it was a mistake that will not be repeated.

Reception was not that helpful. Although I called them "two hours" in advance to tell them that I am coming from far away place and I need them to, quickly, make my three rooms ready, I was shocked that nothing was done about that matter and I arrived very tired and our children were a sleep. And when they gave me them, they put us in a smoking area although I told them in the form that I am not a smoker. So, again we had to change the rooms and it was nearly midnight. I have stayed in many hotels in Ajman and Sharjah but this one was so different badly.

I had a great city break experience with a few positive aspects to mention. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shops. the staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome.
